Since opening its doors in 2005, the Next Step Ministries Thrift Store has been a wonderful addition to our ministry.  The store provides a significant amount of financial support for our operations.  It continues to grow and thrive, contributing just over 50% of our total annual income.  In addition, guests and nonresidential clients are given the opportunity to shop at the store at no charge. Oftentimes, guests come to us without much more than the clothes on their backs. Approximately 90% of domestic violence situations involve some form of financial abuse. Many of the individuals and children we serve have not had access to shop for their own clothing or the ability to find their own style. Donating to us ensures that we will have inventory to meet the needs of our guests of all ages and sizes.
